Because it was built in WordPress, the previous version of the website had some limitations in terms of SEO and usability for the team. In addition to featuring a more modern and responsive layout, the new version would also use a new CMS.

Some other findings from the analysis were:

• Excessive spacing, which placed important information too far apart and caused users to spend a long time scrolling.

• Lack of feedback on buttons and forms.

• Absence of Design System.
